Service Appointments

In case of inclement weather (severe rain, hail, etc) we will communicate to you before the appointment for rescheduling. Light rain is typically not considered inclement weather conditions.

Since we focus on outdoor services, you do not need to be present on-site but any gates must be unlocked or codes provided in the Notes section of your appointment so we can access the work site.

We do our best to offer flexible scheduling, but we do require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations with refund.

Based on the information provided during the booking, we use the appropriate PSI, nozzle spray and soaps to clean the surface. Additionally, for windows and solar panels we use squeegees. For vehicles, we rinse, use soft foam, hand scrubbers or sponges, rinse, and hand towels to dry. For fences, walls, roofs, we use a combination of water and soaps. For driveways, patios and decks, we use a surface cleaner nozzle attachment.

We ask that you remove any items from the area to be cleaned, such as furniture, planters, or other personal items. Please keep your pets secured inside. This helps us to provide a thorough cleaning without any obstructions. Any gates will need to be unlocked to access the work site. For roof and driveway, please do not park any vehicles on the driveway. Please ensure the water hookups are in working order. If we are unable to use them such as due to low water pressure, we may have to reschedule.

Based on the information and photos provided during the booking, our arborists take care in pruning your trees and shrubs to protect your property and prolong the life of your plants. We remove dead or broken branches, promote new growth, increase airflow and light penetration for photosynthesis. Lifting the canopy of your trees and shrubs can also improve their overall appearance while preventing pests and diseases from taking root. If available, we even recycle debris and brush into mulch.

We ask that you remove any items from the area around the trees and shrubs to be trimmed, such as toys, furniture, or other personal items. Any birdhouses or birds nests will need to be relocated. Please keep your pets secured inside. This helps us to provide a careful trimming without any obstructions. For backyards, we ask that the driveway be available to allow easier access. Any gates will need to be unlocked to access the work site.
